Most of us go through life under-breathing. We hold or restrict our breathing - by habit. This can keep us feeling ‘safe’ for a while.

 

By under-breathing, we avoid really experiencing the emotions held in our heart and, actually, in the very cells of our body.

 

But we also avoid really experiencing the power and joy of being alive!

 

 

A HeartBreath session is a place and time to stop, relax, focus, and breathe.

 

Allow your heart and body to reveal and release what they have been holding on to.

 

Emotions and memories can surface from long ago, from childhood, birth, or even from other lifetimes.

 

The inner wisdom of your own body knows how to open, to integrate, and to revitalise you.

 

 

HeartBreath sessions happen in small groups, in an atmosphere of trust and safety, or one-on-one in private, by appointment.
